6. Samples
Sample availability, sample cost, shipping cost, preparation time, and sample delivery method will be confirmed based on the requested product, customization requirements, destination, and current stock or production arrangement.
Samples are provided for product evaluation only. Final bulk order products may differ from samples due to confirmed specifications, production batch, printing approval, packaging method, material route, or manufacturing tolerance.
7. Custom Printing and OEM/ODM Projects
For custom printing, private label, OEM, ODM, or customized packaging projects, buyers are responsible for providing accurate artwork, logo files, text, colors, barcode information, legal markings, and other design content required for production.
All custom printing details must be reviewed and approved before production. Once artwork, specifications, or production documents are confirmed, changes may affect price, lead time, sample schedule, or production arrangement.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the artwork, trademarks, logos, claims, warnings, language, and packaging information they provide do not infringe third-party rights and comply with applicable laws and market requirements.
8. Orders, MOQ, Lead Time, and Payment Terms
HNaralon provides B2B supply services. MOQ, production lead time, payment terms, trade terms, shipping method, packaging requirements, inspection requirements, and delivery arrangements must be confirmed separately for each order.
Order details are subject to written confirmation between the parties, including but not limited to product specifications, quantity, unit price, total price, payment terms, production schedule, packaging method, shipping terms, and documentation requirements.
Production and delivery schedules may be affected by material availability, production capacity, artwork approval, sample approval, payment timing, customs procedures, logistics conditions, force majeure events, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping methods, freight costs, delivery terms, export documents, destination requirements, and estimated transit times will be confirmed according to order quantity, destination, agreed trade terms, and logistics arrangements.
Any delivery time stated in communication or quotation is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing. HNaralon is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, port congestion, logistics providers, force majeure events, incorrect buyer information, or destination market procedures beyond our reasonable control.

Because HNaralon provides B2B customized and bulk supply products, returns, replacements, claims, or compensation matters must be handled according to the confirmed order terms and written agreement between the parties.
If there is any issue with delivered products, the buyer should contact HNaralon promptly and provide relevant order information, photos, inspection details, shipping records, and other supporting evidence.
Claims related to quantity, visible damage, product defects, packaging issues, or specification differences must be reviewed based on the confirmed order documents, production tolerance, inspection records, shipping condition, and applicable written agreement.

Documentation support may include product information, material details, test report references, certification references, export documents, or other available support documents.
Documentation availability may vary by product and project. Any compliance-related statement must be confirmed according to the specific product, confirmed material route, test reports, certification scope, and target market requirements.
Buyers are responsible for confirming whether the selected product, packaging, labeling, claims, and documentation meet the requirements of their destination market, sales channel, importer, distributor, retailer, foodservice customer, or local authority.
12. Buyer Responsibilities
When communicating with HNaralon, buyers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including product requirements, quantity, destination market, intended use, printing content, packaging needs, documentation requirements, shipping information, and any special regulatory or customer requirements.
Buyers are also responsible for reviewing and confirming quotations, samples, artwork, specifications, order documents, packaging information, shipping details, and compliance requirements before production or shipment.
13. Intellectual Property
